OK found the next server to review which is completely different from the Hell of The Dragon's Neck. On the Dragon's Neck sex and relationships are not allowed except for the preferred customers who can get away from it and it is extremely low magic.
Harrowsport the next server is a High PRC magic world and is an rp/social server so there is lots of sex. Players even have a special wand. I questioned my first contact rather well and it looks like they have all safety measures in place and that everything is working well. As soon as I found out I had more than a few questions about it. The person spoke directly and straight up answered all my questions. So, I have no problem with it all.
There have been many, many social servers over the years and as long as they put in good measures for safety I see nothing wrong with it. Thats all I have for now. I plan on spending the next 6 months or so on Harrowsport.
