It's fairly hard to navigate this world. I usually have no problem familiarizing myself with the lay of the land however have had some trouble navigating on TDN. I finally figured out why. TDN is one of the worse servers I've ever been on as far as topography.

Case in point if you exit the elven home and go east to the starlight court (the next area) go east again to the next area the sangue. go north to another area with bugbears and gibberlings then go west to a place called the outlook you come out facing a road that supposed to be going east/west. so lets look at this.

Start point. then go ----> starlight go east ----> Sangue go north halfway up the area then west ^ <---- and you're facing the road after going west. so the road in your subconscious would be going north/south but it actually is supposed to go east/west. It confuses your subconscious.

there are many blatant to topographical errors on the server just like this. As good as the scenery and building is the topography really sucks.

I did go to one player event (a ritual) and one honest to goodness Dm event (killing a bugbear war party) over these 21 days. So dms were a bit more active though far and away not enough. I was also alone once in the circle and a dm possessed a conclave ranger and made a comment. I was surprised and tried to engage him in conversation, but it seems the Dm left. Which disappointed me.

played from 26-29 of july. no dm activity

wanted to mention that surprisingly the sever does have some good hack and slash dungeons.

many of my tickets the dms now refuse to answer or are taking their time. I feel more like window dressing than anything now when I come on except for the wonderful players I have been adventuring with.

found a common but little-known bug in regard to treasure scripting. Based on what I have seen I believe that TDN is using a form of silicon scouts treasure scripting. It has a bug in it that can be exploited if you find it and figure it out. I'll do some more testing.

Economy still sucks. have over 10,000 silver in the bank. silver = gold in this server for purposes of money. have absolutely nothing to spend it on as of yet other than healing kits, grim wounds, or arrows. However this may change once they incorporate the player trade system.

There is a Dm on The Dragon's neck that there have been many accusations against.

This dm from what I understand has a player clique and as a player they and their major clique completely control the enclave (the home of the elves)

They even have a clandestine organization called the 'Elder'

I knew there was an elite group of players that controlled the enclave that much is in fact common knowledge. But that a dm controls this group of neophytes goes against the rules of the server of Dms not being able to hold key positions among players.

I have interviewed sources and cross-reference everything and found that it is indeed true.

Now that would not be a problem on a private server with a player password. In fact, I expected it and when I became aware of a group controlling everything soon after I arrived, I was not even surprised. I expected it. However, it does mean the staff are liars and really should not be trusted. They also lied about non-affiliation of their sub servers to the main server on discord. I'll explain all that in the people part of my review.
