Happy 4th of July

It's the 4th and America's 250th birthday.

I'm a bit bias but I think it is the greatest country ever conceived. We've had our problems and low points, but we have also achieved greatness in that a man with just the clothes on his back and shoes on his feet can and has achieved greatness in the good old US easier than any other place in the world.

Individual freedom is the reason for all this and I'm very glad and thankful to be born American. I've done well enough in my 59 years on this earth with a whole lot of hard work, a touch of luck, a reverence for God, and a few individuals that helped along the way.
