Now where will the wind take me?

It all began with a quick jaunt over to the small Paynim tribesmen who were awaiting their most recent teachings in the way of Obad-Hai and His love for nature. The desert nomads knew only sand and wind, but with my ministration they began to embrace all the wonders that the desert had to offer – harnessing the power of the wind, the treasures of the oasis, the untapped power of the sun. I had stopped at the oasis camp of the Sheik’s minor scouts and after a satisfying meal with my brethren, I began the studies.
I had no sooner begun when the wind began to pick up in fury, causing the horses and camels to become spooked and agitated. The tents and shelters became uprooted as the wind blasted through camp. And yet the gales became even stronger. The water of the oasis was sucked upwards in savage funnels and palm trees were uprooted.
And then I saw something that was so unusual. The sand, that was whipping about in a scouring frenzy, began to shimmer, and I felt myself compelled toward it.

That was all I remembered until I walked into a place unlike any I had seen before. It was a forested area, dark and dreary, with a single dwelling before me. As I tried to get my bearings and figure what had happened , two individuals approached me and introduced themselves as Amelia and Jodro. I in turn introduced myself to them and for a while we got aquainted. Jodro seemed quiet and withdrawn, as though he had personal demons he was struggling with, and Amelia was a bit reserved with me until she found out that I had no evil intentions at all.
She has wings!! Never before in my life had I ever seen anything like that. And she could fly – no, she said she could glide, and proceeded to give a demonstration. Oh, the wonders that this new world had in store for me. We journeyed for a bit and then met up with another named Shana. The two seemed to rever her. From Shana I was able to learn a bit more of where I was. Sierra Na. Then I learned that there was another from my world here as well. A paladin of Sune.
At that point I had a revelaation. I had been sent to this place to find this paladin and help to return ourselves back to Oerth. Obad-Hai, in His infinite wisdom, had chosen me, His most humblest of servants, to do this.
So with wet finger in the air, I chose my course for my Jihad, and headed west.

Now where will the wind take me?
