I already sent him an email about forming a NWN sound pack team, and that we would like to use his stuff. I sent him a link to the forums here, and I will let you know if I hear anything back from him.

Comunity Music Pack? (CMP)

I am glad people have liked my music.
I would love to help with a community sound pack, but I am leaving in two weeks for Brazil and will be unable to access a computer. Though, feel free to use any of the music I have composed, I would actually be honored to have my music in a community sound pack. If there is anything I could do in the next two weeks (before july 11th) just give me a hollar.

BTU Format
Ok this may sound like a dumb question but how does one go about turning a MP3 into a BTU format
I played a demo of Ultima Online and this guy put his music into a placeable custom sound effect so that it was an optional hac or something

MP3 to BTU
Vault searches are the way to go. I found this tool by 'BG Tool' go figure.

See guys this is why I love CTP - Not only do they tell you something they show you where to find it.

lol - We could make a program to copy and convent all your music on your PC to BMU format and stick it into NWN Music
Then all the builders have to do is record all the CD's they use so players can check to see if they have them – and that’s how we bypass all copy right laws © Shioni aka JohnE

Well thanks to this little tool I started looking around the Vault for music in BMU that I normally over looked – Sad part is that this stuff has been sitting in the Vault for 2 years
I found these from some Zurin, I’m not sure he can speak English, but this is some really good music.
If you have time check them out, they are a little short but sound amazing better then the Bioware original content

Thanks for stepping up and starting on this project. Right now I am building areas for the demo mod, and have not had time to look at this project (other than downloading and listening to some of the top vault files). As soon as the demo mod is done, I will be looking at this project more closely. Hopefully we can get a little team together and start putting together all of this great stuff that has just sat on the vault for the last four years. Keep up the good work....

I assume you mean you would use their music.
My own ego wouldn't even dream of going there. If and when I start focusing on this project, the music will be voluntarily submitted or approved for distribution.
